Ardmore Home Remodel and Addition - The clients for this home renovation engaged LQDesign Studio before they purchased the property. At that time an assessment of potential design and expansion opportunities was performed. After the clients settled on the home, documents for a full kitchen remodel, new first floor bathroom, family room reconfiguration, and second floor bathroom addition were produced and demolition began immediately. From that point LQDesign Studio was the design consultant to the homeowner providing advice on color choices and material selections. The total square footage for the project was 1,050 square feet.
