SUNY Cortland - While working for Stantec Architecture, Inc., Linda Q. D'Orazio was the project manager and designer for this $20,000,000 new residence hall, which opened in August 2013. The project incorporates sustainable design features such as photovoltaic solar roof panels, motion detection lighting, exterior solar shading devices, and plug-load metering for the power in the suites.
